Elisabeth Kerschbaumer grew up in the 3rd generation in her parents’ business and learned and graduated as a cook and hotel specialist the master chef examination. She expanded her experience in various companies and took over her parents’ company in 2012b.
She is now training her own specialists.

Her concern is to pass on her valuable experience to the younger generation.
Her sons Peter, a trained butcher and Andreas still a student, are an important and valuable support for her.
And if there is a little time left, she devotes herself to her hobby, the “Haflinger”, with whom you can recharge your batteries and slow you down.

Around the 20 employees are responsible for the well-being of the guests in the company.
